As many of you already know, we were very excited to receive an SMS text message while in Croatia that brought very good news. We were just passing through the border from Croatia into Montenegro when we heard from Irita Kutchmy (Emma's clarinet teacher) that she had been awarded a distinction for her Grade 4 exam. Irita said that the examiner had been quite strict and that Emma should be very proud of her achievement. This means that Emma has achieved distinctions for every grade so far!
